Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the service: your phone or Google email for sign-in, your queries (so we can produce audits), and OAuth tokens for any broker you connect. We never see your trading password — authentication is via the broker's official OAuth.

Broker data. When you connect Zerodha / Upstox / Groww / Angel One, we fetch your holdings, positions, and orders per-request. We do not cache your broker data across users. Disconnect anytime to revoke access.

AI prompts. Your queries are sent to Anthropic and/or OpenAI via the Vercel AI Gateway. Neither provider trains on API data by default. We retain a 90-day audit log of prompts and outputs for SEBI-friendly compliance.

Payments. Processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (NRI). We never see your card number.

Product analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which tools get used and how fast pages load. Both are cookie-less, privacy-friendly by design (no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers), and see only aggregated page views + Core Web Vital timings — never your individual session, queries, or portfolio. Data retention is 30 days on Vercel.

Your rights. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Contact privacy@axelmarkets.in.
