Mid-cap value stocks in India
Mid-cap Indian stocks (₹5,000–50,000 Cr) trading below P/E 20 with ROE above 15% — the sweet-spot universe where large-cap stability meets small-cap growth without either's extremes.
How to read this screen
Mid-caps (₹5,000 to ₹50,000 Cr) historically deliver the best risk-adjusted returns in Indian equities. Filtering for P/E < 20 + ROE > 15% picks out the profitable, reasonably-valued subset — avoiding both the frothy momentum mid-caps and the value traps. Index-inclusion upside (eventual entry into NIFTY Next 50 / NIFTY 50) is a real tailwind here.
